So it has been 3 1/2 hours since my first two PGX Daily softgels. I do feel "full". I wouldn't describe it as the most comfortable feeling. I feel better than when I finished the Costco Cheeseburger & Fries. :P It is not quite a bloated feeling but close. I am a chronic snacker so it will interesting to see if PGX daily can curb my grazing.
I probably won't be posting every 3 hours everyday but I just wanted to mention that I have noticed something after the first dose.
