My goal is to lose 10-20 lbs. I have not taken this product until this very moment. Here we go...
I am starting with 2 softgels per meal and going to increase gradually as per the label instructions. Opening the bottle the capsules don't have a strong odour. The two tone softgel capsules are quite large so be warned it you have difficulty with large pills.
I purchased my bottle of PGX daily online for $25.
