What's App Group -

To push us along a few friends of mine have started our own What's App (chat conversation) group. The purpose is to inspire and encourage each other.

Every time one of us does something positive like exercise or eat right that person will share it with the group.

The result has be good so far as each time I know someone else is working out it gets me off my butt. It is also a place where we can brag a little about the things we're doing.

In a way it offers the positive encouragement of a workout buddy without having to go to the gym together.
