A Tough Pill to Swallow?

I have been taking supplements such as fish oil (Omega-3) for many years now so I have become accustomed to taking softgel pills even the larger ones.

A friend of mine who want to try PGX daily was concerned about whether or not she could swallow the PGX Daily pills.  I had to tell her honestly.  "It's about 1 inch long".

I think the makers of PGX Daily realized this.  They have since come out with granules and stick packs for PGX.  There are also bars made with PGX although I have yet to try them.
