So I have been following a local TV personality who has been doing a transformation project sponsored by PGX Daily. She is about half way through her journey and I was interested to learn she has loss only 6-8 pounds. I saw her at an event two weeks ago and she looked good to me.
This is along the lines of what I have experienced after more than a year of PGX Daily. I haven't experienced a huge drop in weight and I was a bit disappointed. I looking foward to seeing her at the end. I hope her dedication will pay off and inspire me.

What to do with "The Vice Busting Diet" Book
Okay, okay, so I have been ordering PGX Daily obviously. Lately, each bottle I have comes with a book. Julia Havey's - The Vice Busting Diet. I have given them away to friends and now I am not certain what to do with the rest.
I searched the internet and tried to come up with some ideas on what to do with these books:
I searched the internet and tried to come up with some ideas on what to do with these books:
- Use them as weights for workouts.
- Cut out the middle to hold my iPhone
- Make a floating bookshelf? - I think this idea might work better with a hardcover
- Turn it into a lamp
- Turn it into a clock

Progress
By the way, I have lost some weight over the last couple weeks. I am still about 11 pounds over what I want to be but I'll be working on it.
Meal Replacement Powerful Side Effect
I have been using a PGX meal replacement called No NonSense. I only use it on occasion and not daily. I have noticed that the day I take a shake I have some... let's politely say loose movements. Reading the instructions I did note that initially my body may experience this side effect but I would have expected that I would grow accustomed to it. However, since I do not take a PGX Meal replacement everyday perhaps it is what I should expect.
I suppose I have two choice: a) scrap the No Nonsense Meal Replacements b) use it more often so my body is more used to it.
